  • My life in Taiflex
  • Taiflex has high quality (more than 70% of college students)、young and energetic (mean age 32.6 years), human resources. Taiflex planning complete knowledge management platform to build up human capital, the importance of staff training has spared no effort has been continuous in the 2010and in 2011 won the Executive Yuan TTQS golden medal.

    Uphold the human nature management system so that people want to work, Taiflex have been adhere to this belief, we can look forward to each Taiflex members have courage of face to the work and challenges, and keep learning.

    To ensure sufficient human resources required supply to expand enterprise and strengthen the consensus of all partners, inheritance experience a model of business success, and an annual provision of about 3% of the total annual payroll expenditures as funding for education and training, establish a complete education and training system expect to achieve the following five projects:

    • Through education and training to enhance the competitiveness of the company.
    • To place importance on performance feedback training, expect to contribute to the enhancement of management capacity and professional skills.
    • Strengthen job training, job training and self-development training, concerned about the ability of employees and spiritual growth, and thus retain talent.
    • Shaping the learning organization, to play the synergy between the departments.
    • To cultivate the internal lecturer, and implementation of professional experience and heritage.

    I’ve learned a lot from the training by learning ways to improve and gaining confidence to face up to the challenges.

    I am thankful for the MTP training provided by Taiflex, which benefits us a lot. Taiflex is very active in providing various trainings to its employees and I am fortunate enough to enjoy the benefits. Management is the backbone of an organization whether it’s being led or leading people. As a manager, he/she has to lead, train and manage his/her team members to ensure that work is fully executed. As a mid-level manager, he/she has to transform strategies into actionable items to allow execution. When holding a management position, I think it is necessary to make a good plan, organize the team and apply different leading styles based on circumstances to improve efficiencies. I’ve worked here for almost a decade from the position of entry-level operator, team leader to manager thanks to the resources provided by Taiflex. I am willing to work for Taiflex for another decade to come.
